Halloween Whimsy is a magical collection by Teresa Kogut for Riley Blake Designs, it features a variety of fun Halloween motifs and captures a mischievous Halloween feeling.  It is a folk artsy collection with green, orange black and parchment.  This fabric is great for quilting, apparel and home decor. This print features a grunge type tone on tone stripe.   As shown in the image there are "splatters" that are tonal orange all over the stripes! This is NOT a flaw, it is how the fabric was designed.  This is a low volume print.
